Create Design
During the design process, your sales director takes accurate measurements of your house and backyard. A layout and design is created that complements your yard's landscape and meets your personal preferences, as well as your tentative budget.
Submit Proposal
Once the design is complete, a proposal is drawn up for your review. At this time, you will be able to make changes in your design to create a pool that meets your needs.
Write Contract
After agreeing on the design and proposal, a contract is written up and presented for acceptance. This contract is very detailed, and your sales director will carefully go over all the details on this with you. A 30% down payment check is due when the contract is signed and accepted.
Propose a Schedule
Once the construction department receives the contract, your name will be added to our "construction list" of pools to be built. At that time, we can give you an idea of how many "dry days" we have until we start your pool. We never jump in front of anyone on the list and we will NEVER dig a hole and leave. Once the construction has begun, the average construction time is 6-8 weeks, depending on your plans and options.
