Opening
When opening your pool, we complete the following:
- Remove & store pool cover, tubes, winterizing equipment
- Re-install pool accessories, such as ladders, handrails, diving boards
- Light heater pilot & reconnect chlorinator, timer, cleaner
- Check & adjust water chemistry (chemicals extra)
Join our Poly Cover Renewal Program! We'll automatically return or replace your poly-vinyl cover when we return to close your pool the following winter, so you don't have to.
Our Opening Crews are equipped with parts and tools to provide some replacements and repairs. The Opening Crew will advise the customer should repairs be necessary that would require a separate service call by one of our mechanical repair trucks and technician.
Note: Additional time and charges may be required for the removal of excessive water and debris from the top of the cover and/or if the water level is not adequate. If the pool requires major cleaning or the water is not clear at time of opening, follow up service calls will be necessary, incurring additional charges. Otherwise, the customer must assume the necessary follow up to accomplish proper cleaning of the pool and clearing of the water. Our staff will be pleased to advise in such situations.

Leak Detection
Finding leaks in a pool should be easy, right? Unfortunately, most leaks are difficult to locate. They are rarely visible to the eye, often seeping into the ground unnoticed and undetected.
MEMPHIS POOL has stream-lined leak detection into an effective 3-Step Process. This process offers a proven, professional approach to pinpointing the exact location of the leak(s).

- Salt Water Systems
Even if you've purchased your equipment elsewhere, call us to arrange installation and service.
Energy Audits
The equipment on your pool may be the largest user of electrical energy at your home. It can also be the most wasteful. Many pool systems in the Mid-South are wasting hundreds of dollars each year in electrical costs due to inefficient, energy-hogging equipment and poor hydraulic design.
We have a solution - it's an Energy Audit. It's a simple way to identify wasteful design and equipment...then recommend changes in which the energy savings will easily pay for the costs, with savings for your pocket!
Other Services
For a Brighter Plaster Surface - Acid Wash
Leaves and oily contaminants can stain plastered gunite pools over time. Ask about our Acid Wash process. Our service professionals will drain your pool and scrub it with a muratic acid solution. This process removes most stains and brings back the whiteness of the pool's plaster surface.
