Warranties
Past, present or future purchases, we support them all with the warranty policies listed below:
- We fully honor all manufacturer's warranties; however, some items require validation by the manufacturer before credit can be approved.
- Warranties on inflatables, toys, and floats are limited to 7 days of the purchase, due to the nature of the use of these products. We sell only first-quality items but cannot assume any warranties on products easily damaged or misused.
Special Orders
We require full payment in advance on any special orders that are not stocked items and that are shipped specifically to the customer. Special orders are not returnable except for warranty purposes.
Returns
- Original receipt must accompany all returned items.
- Merchandise returned after 3 months will receive a store credit equal to the dollar amount of the returned goods.
- Goods returned after 3 months will receive a store credit less a 20% restocking fee.
- Returned merchandise must be in original package and in resalable condition.
- Cash payouts are limited to $50. If the returned item was originally purchased with a check, a 10-day check-clearing period is required for refunding the payment.
